One common issue is understanding how to measure backset so they order the right piece.  The mechanicals of installing a cylindrical
lock are pretty straight forward.  Very few people order locks for use with an exit bar though we do get those occasionally.
Government and military facilities occasionally ask for keyless entry systems.  We also get interest from airports but most of the
time they take the information and hire a local installer.
