| $20 bound proposal??  Yikes! I have a Word template with most of the
| headings and common language already there. I put in the relevant info.,
| convert it to pdf and e-mail it out the same day. (Ususlly) If I get a
| positive response, I use that "quick-bid" as an outline to produce a
formal
| proposal, which contains all the legal stuff, disclaimers, etc.
