This is funny:

I have the 3000 system too. I bought a keypad on eBay. I called ADT too see
if they would help me program the new keypad. They said "call eBay for tech
support". I set the address to 18. 16 is the first keypad and 17 is the
wireless. after I hit the * key the screen goes blank and I can't get any
further. Is there something I am doing wrong? Any help would be very
appreciated. Thanks!
