Re: Problem with Paradox esprit keypad??
It's entirely likely that you have a bad or loose connection behind the
keypad. There's a connector that attaches to the board that is itself
attached to the quad cable with B connectors (or should be).Pull the
keypad off and wiggle the connections to see if you can make / break
the connection. If not, the white connector itself is faulty or you
have an intermittent break in the red or black wire somewhere
Paradox panels will continue to run normally even with no keypad;
however, you won't be able to do squat with the system of course
