Motion detection PC camera for home

Hello,

I am looking at putting a camera up at home. Ideally, it should be
wireless, connected to my PC, and have motion detection capability, and
the ability to upload image to a website on the internet.

I have seen this, which looks like part of the package that I need:

Does anyone have any experience with this kind of thing and/or can they
