That's right. I just had my attorneys re-write my contract...the initial
term is now 30 years with a built in 10% monitoring fee escalation every
year. No escape clause and contract extends to any surviving family member
in case of death of signator. Once they sign...they're freekin mine...mine I
tell ya!
