Also make sure that the number you provide to your customers for reporting
false alarms is  one of your numbers forwarded to the CS, that way if you
need to switch to a different CS, you can do it with a couple of line
swings. If you use a voice number provided by the CS you will have to notify
all your customers and print new CS cards in the event you change to a
different central station.
