RHC: Sorry, but I'm not clear on what you mean by "back up equipment".
All suppliers of analog cellular units have until 18 February 2008 to
have their dealer customers  replace these older units with
replacement digital devices for their end users.  Is this what you
mean, or are you saying that the current digital units themselves are
defective in some way and they are no longer selling period ? Big
difference !
