RHC: Mark, do you know why this is happening? I'm also assuming this
is the same Tel-a-Link company based out of Calgary, Alberta. I was
giving serious consideration to using their product for my customers
requiring phone line backup.

I have had occasion to discuss market issues in quite some detail with
their director of sales, and have also had personal experiences with
them which have assured me they are a very good, honest company that
honour their committments.  If this is the same company, and the this
is so, this is truly an unfortunate situation
