Re: Hayes 1200 8 & 10 Dips



Back in the day, when the Hayes 1200 was the standard one of the
manufacturers, I think it was Ademco required a very specific modem.  They
required that the 5th through 8th digits of the serial number be 0015.  I
believe this was found on modems with a model number of 07-00038.  It had 10
dip switches.

This modem worked with a few of the panel downloading packages but I don't
remember which ones.
