All kidding aside, if the client only uses one
phone line and he has standard, 2-pair wiring
it's easy to replace any jack in the house
with an RJ31X.  You can even wire an RJ31X
to an existing jack, provide full line seizure
and leave all jacks working.  It's simpler if
the wiring is home run but even with daisy
chained phone jacks it can be done.
