I forgot where I told the adjuster he had to sign a personal acceptance of
the liability too. Indignantly he said "of course I can't do that". I said
that is what you expect me to do on nothing more than your word. Then they
decided to go a head and pay the claim. It was really stupid to try and deny
the claim. It was one of the 10 worst hits I had ever seen. The only reason
the deductible was met was from all the other damage that was done.
