Do it the same way as on the Napco panel.  Splice an in-line, 3 Amp fuse between the +12V lead of the siren driver and the battery
lead of the panel.  Connect the negative to panel ground.  Connect the siren driver's trigger lead to the +12V "bell" output on the
panel.
