low voltage smoke/carbon monoxide combo?

The state of MN knows what's best for us, so they're requiring carbon
monoxide in all bedrooms now (new construction only at this point).
I've got 4 wire red jacket going to each bedroom now for low voltage
smokes.  Has anyone seen a low voltage combo unit?  Would really suck
to have two detectors hanging on the ceiling.
