DSC is going to stick with these 3 panels 1616, 1832 & 1864 in the Power
Series and phase out the rest (PC432, PC632, PC832, PC864). This 1616 (as
well as the other two 1832 & 1864) are RoHS & CP 1 compliant panels. There
are new keypads in the Power Series, the new PK series. If you use DLS
software and have to swap a panels, the software will convert the program
for you (once up update the DLS software with the new panels.)

Apparently it's a new 6 zone panel from DSC
