Just as long as he makes sure that the company from whom he purchases
equipment from online has a reputation for good support and are
technically competent to help.  Finding someone local, for instance,
would be infinitely better than trying to deal with a company that's
"clear across the country" and "drop ships" product they neither install
or service.
