If you know anything about electronics, find the (Normally White)
transformer either located near the Panel
for the system, or in the garage plugged into the same outlet as your garage
door opener should be.
Make sure that it still has 16v AC supplied to the panel.

Some customers don't know what the transformer is for and unplug it. And
this condition then occurs.
