I've always wondered about that one myself.

A friend of mine used to tell a joke... about a restaurant that had a
sign in the window that read, "WE HAVE MENUS IN BRAILLE".  In BIG BOLD
RED LETTERS... so blind people ACROSS THE STREET could read it!
