Sure.  Here's the wording around ours:

17.  If, in accordance with the Schedule of Protection, the Alarm System
is sold or leased to the Subscriber with maintenance included, all
repairs, replacements and adjustments to the Alarm System by reason of
normal wear and tear shall be made by ********** without charge to the
Subscriber.  All other repairs, replacements, and adjustments to the
Alarm System shall be paid for by the Subscriber at ***********?s then
prevailing rates for labour and/or material.  If the Alarm System is
sold to the Subscriber with maintenance not included, all repairs,
replacements and adjustments to the Alarm System shall be paid for by
the Subscriber at ***********?s then prevailing rates for labour and/or
material.
18.  No repairs, replacements and adjustments shall be made to the Alarm
System by any person other than a duly authorized representative of
***********.
19.  Should ***********?s representative be dispatched to the
Subscriber?s Premises in response to a service call or alarm signal
resulting from the Subscriber improperly following operating
instructions or failing to properly close and/or secure a protective
point, *********** shall charge the Subscriber for this service call and
the Subscriber shall pay such charges on receipt of an invoice therefor.
20.  *********** shall during the continuance of this Agreement provide
annual inspections of the Alarm System for a flat fee of $40.00.
Replacement of the Alarm Systems stand-by battery (if required) is
included, subject to the Subsriber availing themselves of the inspection
service during the continuance of this Agreement.   It is the
Subscriber?s responsibility to make the premises available to
*********** and to arrange for this inspection.

26.  WARRANTY: *********** provides warranty on all equipment and labour
supplied by *********** for one (1) full year from the date of
substantial completion of the installation.  Warranty provides against
defects in material and workmanship only.  Upon payment of the fee set
out in the Schedule of Protection, this warranty will be extended to two
(2) years.  Exceptions to this policy are ?Vidicon? tube and ?Nuvicon?
tube cameras, wherein the warranty is limited to the manufacturer?s
factory warranty.  ***********? obligation to the Subscriber in this
respect is set out in the Schedule of Protection.
27.  The Subscriber shall at their own expense supply unswitched and
unburdened 110V, 60 cycle AC power where specified by *********** and as
required for the operation of the Alarm System.
