post to this group by J. Stevens.  He recommended pressing # for 2 sec.
followed by 1 for 2 sec. and then reprogramming zone 000.  I had my new
PC5010 system to the point where it was totally unresponsive.  The keypads
would not even beep on keypresses as they were in the wrong partition.

By the way, why isn't this kind of stuff in the manuals?
