6270 touch screen

hi all techs.
Im having a problem with ademco's touch screen 6270. after about 3 weeks of
running  the client cant arm on the first attempt the message "unable to arm
all partitions" comes up. The 6270 has been available in the australian
market for 5 months and i understand that the US has had them for
considerably longer.
im wondering if this is an australian only problem or global.
The only solution i can find is to power the whole system down and re-boot
but then it reappears weeks later. Any help / advice would be appreciated as
Ademco Aust. just come back with "they are investigating it".
