"All UL- and FM-listed and labeled household fire alarm or combined
fire/burglar alarm panels shall be acceptable for installation in
individual dwelling units within Denver."

The list includes all equipment approved for yse within Denver.  If the
Vista 10x is listed for household fire then it can be used for that
purpose in Denver.
