Re: EST3 Communication Protocol
I agree with Mr. Sloud about contacting GE on this. They're tight-lipped about certain things but with a legitimate need for
training people who might later contribute to the industry they might be willing to help. Let me know if you don't get any help
from them. I have some friends there who might be able to open a door for you as long as the need seems legitimate to them.

The main motivity behind is to learn something about communication
protocol of the most common used FACP. The Ap that I want to program is
experimental and may not going to be practical. Actually I do have
decoded
some part of the ECP.I can now send command in responce to silence the
pancel, silence alarm, on/off (enable/disable) a point, get a report,
get a delta
service data. But I think its far not complete yet.
