My company wrote Edwards' "downloading" (for configuration and testing of panels) software for them a few years ago.  They're pretty
tight-lipped about their protocol, EEPROM maps, etc.  We signed a non-disclosure agreement with them so I can't explain details
beyond what anyone else in the trade would know just by reading the manuals.

Do you want your software to control the panels or just to respond to panel reports?  If it's the former, I can't help at all.  If
it's the latter, we'd be happy to write an app for you (at a fee, of course).
