Some of you are old enough to remember when detergent was deliberately made to
maximize foam.  A few of you might also remember the anti-Vietnam war
demonstrations in Washington, DC.

Well, Washington has this lovely Bartholdi fountain in a park off Independence
Ave... and there was this huge, "economy" size box of detergent in the
supermarket... and then the idea just sort of came to someone that if a box of
detergent happened to errrm, fall into the fountain and....

It's truly amazing how much soap suds you can get from one huge box of
detergent.   :^)
