darn, i must need to goto $150 an hour to keep up with yall :-)
everything is double here ..

Check 09 can be several issues, could be a bad battery,  or they could
have simply taken the receiver with them, bad receiver, or the reciever
isnt connected properly, Check 61 will depend what panel it is, the
others are zones in alarm, low batteries or damaged units missing
covers or whatnot.

Best to have a Technician come and look at it, doesnt have to be the
monitoring company, im sure Crash will come down there :-)
