I disagree.  Bob C. just doesn't want to get dragged into a "flame fest" or
have Robert call his employer.  :-))

I disagree (again).  I think Bob really cares about his customers...  and
takes care of them.

Robert "talks" about good customer service.  Bob actually delivers it.
