In order for Canada to meet it's Kyoto Accord targets, all the "farts" will
have to remain south of the 49th.  Mind you, I don't expect that to last
long.  With Alberta having the second largest oil reserve in the world in
the tar sands, I figure it won't be long before ol' George figures Shania
Twain is a "WMD" (Woman of Magificent Dimensions), and he'll invade to oust
the Paul "bin there" Martin Government and replace it with one that won't
bitch so much to WTO and NAFTA about all our soft wood...  Yep...  It won't
be long now, and we'll be sending you all of our power and petroleum
products and I'll be sitting here in front of my monitor hand cranking the
generator so I can still post to the Group!!  :-))
