Any monitoring companies offering to monitor smart camera's?

I own a camera surveillance company on the island of Maui,I am looking
for a monitoring company, that will monitor cameras that use
intelligent software or smart technology to determine human motion in
the field of view of the camera.  A picture would then be sent to a
monitoring company, with a link back to the camera for verification
that a break-in or other event is taking place and to call the
authorities or whoever on the contact list.
