There is no debate... If there was any reason not to put the EOL resistors
at the EOL, the manufacturers wouldn't even provide them in the box. The
fact that EVERY manufacturer (minus, perhaps, RFI Paul's favorite company)
provides them and only few give you the programming option to turn zone
supervision off tells you everything you need to know.
