You may want to have your contact at the vocational school ask his
insurance co and local AHJ how they feel about a guard at an unrelated
business randomly resetting legitimate alarm signals without
investigating.  Now that you know it's wrong, if you do nothing about
it, and something happens, you may be setting yourself up for some
liability.
