Huh??  You should only be programming the Surgard panels with an LCD keypad.

No where.  In a "pinch" (when you're servicing a system and the supplier is
in another City), you learn to "improvise"...  (You can program wireless
devices to an Ademco Vista 10 with the fixed English LCD keypad too.  Ademco
says you can't).
