Re: Here's one for the books



Since I don't do commercial fire anymore, when I run into a situation =
like this, I go into it with a buddy who does do commericial fire (we =
have a working-relationship)...so that I don't also lose the burg part =
to someone else who may do commericial fire & burg.

There's nothing more depressing that wanting to do the right thing for =
the client and end up losing the account.
