Wow, what a memory Doug. You are correct. Since 1966, 'Apex Alarm'TM is
a service, and is a registered servicemark, of 911 Inc of Calif. Use of
the name Apex Alarm in Calif by Apex Alarm LLC of Utah is infringement
upon the Apex Alarm trademark, and is causing confusion in the
marketplace as to the source of genuing 'Apex Alarm' services.
