There is a reset jumper (the pins may not actually soldered in, but the
pads are on the circuit board)...Power down the system (remove both AC
power and battery), short across this jumper, power the system up, and
it should bring you back to the factory config....
Then you will need the 2 line display LCD or VFD keypad attached to it
(the "fixed" display keypads don't work for programming)....press "8" to
enter programming "4321" for the installer password then "00" to enter
installer programming.....
The programming is menu driven...use the "A" and "B" keys on the keypad
to scroll through the menus....
The installer manual is available at www.itii.com ... You simply need to
do a free registrastion as a security professional...

The Conord Express is a very good system...You're basicly getting 8 free
wireless zone (for use with keychain transmitters, or for sensors in
hard to reach places..)
