Great! Thanks so much for your help.

I did realize that *97 wiped out everything, but I was getting
desperate.

This information is not in the installation guide I'm using. I found
one on the net called

Installation and Setup Guide

The last data field it mentions is *99.  Where would I be able to get
the proper one?
