This probably isn't going to be too much help to you because although I
use Napco panels, I only use the larger panels and keypads. However, if
Napco is following their usual programing procedures, *0 = blank and 0
= 10. Also, during programing of user codes in the Alphanumeric
keypads, it is necessary to press the ON/Off key after you've entered
the user code. This is to "save" the new entry. I didn't see that you
had mentioned doing this, in your description above.

An experience I had with one of the lesser keypads ...... I was asked
to program a user code for someone awhile ago, who had a P816 and a
digital keypad and actually locked myself out, because there's no
display of the actual numbers you're entering. I pressed a wrong number
and didn't know it and had to go into dealer programing with my laptop
to straighten it out. So be careful and make sure you know which
numbers you're entering and DON'T make a mistake, if you don't have
dealer access.
