All users of SkyRoute should note and be warned.

Is Connect 24 blocks a SkyRoute on their system after you have =
installed, tested and pressed "1" to activate the uint, the only way you =
will find out is if the panel sends in a signal ie: alarm or panic, TO =
YOUR STATION. Then the DSC panel will casuse a system trouble to be =
sent to the monitoring station via the land line and the trouble light =
on the key pad to turn on.

The normal weekly test signal sent to Connect 24 by the SkyRoute unit =
itsself WILL NOT CAUSE A SYSTEM TROUBLE AT THE PANEL!!!!! Connect 24 =
gets the signal and blocks the test from going on to your station. The =
DSC panel still thinks the unit is working fine.

IN OTHER WORDS: If the system does not send open / close signal on the =
SkyRoute, which most don't, you will have no idea of a problem until a =
B&E occurs.

You may want to check all your systems and make sure Connect 24 is =
getting the trafic and letting it go to your station.
