If this came about, I feel this would be a change to the fundamentals of
xpl, something that was agreed couldn't be played with

I'm sure we won't need to do this, if we did then I (for one) would be very
unhappy about it

Just thought I'd better make my own position clear on this point i.e. stick
my oar in ;-)
