Generally regarded to be the definitive guide to the X10 definition.
ALL_UNITS_ON Gets a mention as an Extended Code (Type 3 Function 3) Which
equates to Command 51 (00110011) with Extended Data not specified.
Have to try it to see if anything responds.

I cannot find any reference to an X10 ALL_UNITS_ON command. I am
looking for the exact numerical code to try it out on my system.
In fact, I didn't find any X10 component that would accept it:
