Is generally reckoned to be the definitive X10 Doc

It lists ALL_UNITS_ON as an extended X10 Command of Type 3 / Command 3 (i.e
00110011 = 51). Extended Data not specified.

Haven't tried it myself....

Google says "No" ;-)

I cannot find any reference to an X10 ALL_UNITS_ON command.  I am
looking for the exact numerical code to try it out on my system.

In fact, I didn't find any X10 component that would accept it:
