Normally new devices will be awaiting configuration ...So see if theres
anything there....theres a sub folder in xPLManager  under "xPL
Devices"
have a look there and see if they are awiting configuration...Also might be
an idea to while testing turn your firewall off  as this might be blocking
your apps....
