Never seen it happen...
It probably has nothing to to with these flags but check them anyway:
In the IIS Configuration Manager:
- Web Site Properties
-> Home Directory (a tab)
-> Configuration... (a button)
-> Debugging (a tab)
->
Enable ASP server-side script debugging (checkbox)
Enable ASP client-side script debugging (checkbox)
