The .NET xPL class library can be downloaded at
http://www.xpl.myby.co.uk/downloads/xpllib/xpllib.zip

Unfortunately there isn't much in the way of up to date documentation -
your probably best downloading one of the many apps that uses xpllib.dll
and having a peek at how they use the library.

Most are written in VB.NET, however I know of at least one that is
written in C# - it's an xPL packet logger, available here:
http://users.telenet.be/see/ha/

Feel free to post any specific questions about the library to this
group, and we'll do our best to help.
