DCM 1.1a available

Howdy All,
A bug that could affect configuring a new device in DCM has been fixed (the
bug affected configuring single value configurables with no existing value
giving you a gray configuration dialog). This, and a small enhancement are
all that is new.
DCM 1.1a is avaialble for download now at http://www.xPL4Java.org
