Check that the MP3 is available to xplrionet on the path in the playlist.

I had some playlists which had the mp3s as \\media-vault\b$\music\blah
blah...
the xplrionet server cant access the \b$\ share as its not running as an
admin
so I had to change the playlists to \\media-vault\media-b\music\blah blah
since
that share was available to non-admins too.
