The current version scans for playlist files and put's them in a database
table

This is then scanned and the tracks referenced in the files are added to a
secondary table for speed of access

When xplmedianet queues a playlist, it can't queue the playlist itself - it
queues the contained tracks

By extracting tracks, I mean we'll only scan the playlist files into a
database and when we want to queue the tracks we'll open the playlist and
read the tracks at that point

Tony
