I've added your code into the plug-in, and I've just posted it to the
web site - version 1.7:

Tested it with Winamp 2.91 and it worked just fine.

Use it like this:

Xpl-cmnd
{
...
}
Audio.winamp
{
Extended=seek 60
}

(i.e. seek to 60 seconds into the track)

I've also updated my xPLHal Manager plug-in so that "Seek" is now
a menu
item when you right-click on Winamp in the list of xPL Devices.
