It needs the xpl ocx to be installed in c:\windows\system32 and
registered (if you don't have the xpl ocx, it can be downloaded from
tony's site at http://www.xplhal.com )

If you use the xpl monitor built into xplhal manager, does the message
show up?

It's hard to tell what's going on without seeing the raw message - what
you have posted doesn't include any of the braces or full headers.

I'm digging out a raw monitor tool I use that shows the actual message
as it appears on the wire - back in a second.
