log.basic and xpllogger

Hi,
Announcing support for the log.basic schema.
The xPLLogger service can log any xpl message, but I have added an xsl
to transform the logged xml into html for those specific messages.
Output looks like this: http://users.telenet.be/see/ha/images/xpllogger.jpg
Maybe it wouldn't be such a bad idea to ask developers to actually use
the log.basic schema instead of (or in parallel with) writing log
files, entries in the eventlog, etc...
An end-user can use HAL scripting to send information to the log.
